Gym-Based Personal Training

Face to face gym-based coaching allows my clients to get the most out of their sessions, using a variety of equipment to suit their specific needs.
As a trainer, having the ability to properly spot and provide multi-angle client feedback is crucial in allowing my clients to train safely with correct form.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase strength, enhance performance for a sport, or injury rehabilitation, my aim is to develop a training plan to meet your needs as well as providing you with knowledge of nutrition and setting you personal goals and habits that will lead you on the path to success.

Our app allows you to record and track your training and nutrition programme, upload progress photos as well as updating measurements, manage payments and gain ongoing support from your trainer.

Online Fitness Classes

We run 7 x 30 minute classes via Zoom throughout the week.
Classes include:

  • Cardio Core – designed to challenge your cardiovascular system and core muscles, developing both explosive power and core stability, in the form of high intensity interval training.
    Fitness Level: All Levels
  • HIIT THE DECK – a bodyweight HIIT class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and explosive power. No equipment needed.
    Fitness Level: Intermediate to Advanced
  • Awesome Abs – designed to challenge your core muscles, build stability, strength and improve posture.
    Fitness Level: All Levels
  • Killer Kettlebells – A 30 minute class using kettlebells focusing on explosive power, aerobic fitness, total body strength, core stability and functional movement.
    Fitness Level: Intermediate to Advanced
    Equipment required:
    – 1 X Heavy Kettlebell (10-16kg+)
    – 1 X Light Kettlebell (4-8kg)
    – Exercise Mat

Online Coaching Programmes

Our Online Coaching Programmes and Nutrition Plans are tailored to meet our client’s individual goals and objectives, and are delivered via the Mypthub app which allows you to stay accountable for your health and fitness, track your training and nutrition, as well as uploading measurements and progress images.

Programmes are designed around your needs, based on what equipment you may have and the training environment you choose to train in, whether at home, outdoors or in the gym

We provide ongoing follow up and support, with weekly check-ins via email or Zoom.
